The Vive like a lot of things, no official parts supply, you’re buying second hand parts from other dead Vive’s at inflated prices if you’re lucky or you’re trying to craft a part yourself from pieces of other stuff because this special little cable is just not available anywhere.
Service is based in Ireland, it takes months and the last one the same customer sent back under warranty completely went missing so they had to give him a new one, costs quite a bit for out of warranty service as well.
